Annette Pang is a compassionate Family Life Coach dedicated to helping parents and their adult children heal and strengthen their relationships. She understands the heartache of family discord and has guided hundreds of families through her proven methods, “Ask Presetting” and “N.A.P.” These systems empower families to resolve conflicts, rejuvenate connections, and overcome feelings of estrangement.

With over 23 years of experience operating two licensed Adult Residential Care Homes (ARCH II), Annette has developed a deep understanding of family dynamics. She has authored Life Boosts Book Vol. 3, written for Generation Magazine, and delivered workshops and keynote addresses for esteemed organizations like the Alzheimer’s Association, Hawaii Pacific Gerontological Society, UBS, and the FBI. Her expertise has also been showcased on television and radio.

Annette’s career spans a wide range of roles, including elementary school teaching in California, Pennsylvania, and Hawaii, and working as a realtor since 1973. Among her accolades is the honor of being named the International Overall First Place Winner for the Best Self Storage Facility in the World.

As a wife of 54 years and a mother to three adult children, Annette’s personal experiences navigating life’s ups and downs have deeply informed her work. She believes in transforming pain into wisdom and embraces life’s imperfections, much like the Japanese art of kintsugi— repairing brokenness with golden threads to create something stronger and more beautiful.

Annette invites you to take kind, collaborative steps toward harmonizing your family relationships. With her guidance, you’ll master emotional challenges, build confidence, and create lasting, meaningful connections.
